THE LUSTROUS LOOK
The lustrous look is all about metallic statement eyes. In this step-by-step guide, we teach you how to create eyes that dazzle, by applying rose gold and plum coloured eye shadows.
Start with eye shadow. Apply a white, cream eye shadow to your eyelids – pick one that shimmers for a pearly affect. Follow with a rose gold eye shadow, starting at the inner corner of your eye and finishing at its centre. Now take a small brush and add depth with a deep purple colour. Start at the outer corner of your eyelid and blend at the centre.
To add intensity, take a black eyeliner pencil and draw a line close to the lashes on the top lid. Create a smudge affect, by blending at the outer corner of your eyes with a brush. If you want extra intensity, add a thin line to your lower lash line as well.
Apply plenty of mascara to your lashes. This will open up your eyes and add extra intensity!
Finish off the look with a nude coloured lip gloss. Keep lips simple – you want all the focus on your eyes!
